Shipping policy

Dispatch

Every print is produced in our own studio in Belfast and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

How your print is packaged

A4 prints are sent flat in a board-backed envelope so they arrive rigid and undamaged. A3, A2, B2 and A1 prints are rolled and sent in a sturdy postal tube. All prints are supplied unframed.

United Kingdom

Free delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and delivered in 2-3 working days, fully tracked.

If you need it sooner, Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) can be selected at checkout from £3.90, depending on the size of your order.

Ireland

Royal Mail International Tracked - £9.95, delivered in 3-4 working days. Free on orders over £100.

Europe

Royal Mail International Tracked - £10.95, delivered in 3-5 working days. Romania is £15.25. Free on orders over £100 (excluding Romania).

No customs charges. No import VAT. No handling fees. We ship from Northern Ireland, which remains inside the EU single market for goods. Your order travels to you without customs declarations, and there is nothing further to pay when it arrives - unlike orders sent from Great Britain.

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Norway and Switzerland

Royal Mail International Tracked - Norway £12.75, Switzerland £12.25, delivered in 3-5 working days.

Norway and Switzerland sit outside the EU, so orders to these countries may attract local import VAT and a carrier handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

United States

Royal Mail International Tracked, delivered in 5-7 working days. A4 £11.95, A3 and A2 £13.25, B2 and A1 £15.50.

Any import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so your order is delivered with nothing further to pay. You will not receive a customs bill on delivery.

Tracking

Every order, anywhere in the world, is sent on a fully tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your print has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are Royal Mail's own aims and are not guaranteed. They are counted from dispatch rather than from the time you place your order, and do not include weekends or bank holidays. We cannot control delays caused by the carrier, by customs, or by circumstances outside our control, though we will always help you chase an order that has gone astray.

If something goes wrong

If your print arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at shop@cozyprints.co.uk and we will put it right. Please include your order number and, for damage, a photograph.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though if you spot a mistake quickly we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
